Our summer vacation care program will be released later in Term 4. Please note there is a 2-week/14-day notice to cancel without charge. The cancellation period is calculated from the start of sessions, which is 7:30am. You can view a sample of our last holiday program below.

Booking requests

Your child must be enrolled with WCOOSC to make bookings and booking requests should be made through the Xplor App.

Confirmed bookings will go into your calendar on the Xplor App. If there is no place available your booking will show as declined, you’ll receive an email and be placed on the wait list. Please allow 2 to 3 days for requests to be processed.

Permission forms

You will also need to complete some permission forms. Click on the links to open the relevant forms.

Permission Form - please complete for each child attending vacation care. This form is for both incursion consent and excursion permissions.
