Our Autumn vacation care program will run from April 14 - April 29, 2025, bookings close Friday April 4th, 6pm. Please click on the links below to view the programs on offer.

Booking requests

Your child must be enrolled with WCOOSC to make bookings and booking requests should be made through the Xplor App.

Confirmed bookings will go into your calendar on the Xplor App. If there is no place available your booking will show as declined, you’ll receive an email and be placed on the wait list. Please allow 2 to 3 days for requests to be processed.

Permission forms

You will also need to complete some permission forms. Click on the links to open the relevant forms.

Permission Form - please complete for each child attending vacation care. This form is for both incursion consent and excursion permissions.
